Business Development Managers are the first impression leaders for our boutique PR Agency. We are on the hunt for an extreme self-starter that can work within a multi‐faceted and extremely fast-paced environment. Someone who knows the ins and outs of a well rounded and effective B2B sales process along side of lead generation initiatives, and strong closing skills. Quickly responding to and closely monitoring sales leads. Must possess superior sales knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, personable skills, and a wealth of general business knowledge. Business Development Managers are responsible for leading the sales process and managing your sales team + developing and implementing strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals. Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and or customer service. This position is a hybrid role that includes some day-to-day operations and some time off work. Experience within an Agency setting is a plus.
