Base salary position + commissions and growth potential.

Sales coordinators are the first impression leaders for our boutique PR firm. Imagine a PR team that is actually fun to work with! We are on the hunt for an extreme self-starter that can work within a multi‐faceted and extremely fast-paced environment. Someone who knows the ins and outs of a well rounded and effective B2B sales process along side of lead generation initiatives, and strong closing skills. Quickly responding to and closely monitoring sales leads. Must possess superior sales knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, personable skills, and a wealth of general business knowledge. Experience within an Agency setting is a plus.

Muti-channel lead research, generation and outreach
Identifying new sales channels and strategies for the firm
Day- to-day management of leads
Sales pipeline management and communication to management
Proposal preparation
Contract Negotiations
CRM system updates
Scheduling Sales meetings
Closing sales
Case Study Creation
Work hand in hand with email marketing team
Drip marketing for leads that go silent
Identify corporate events, sponsorships and partnerships for the firm
Sales and Marketing reporting
Meet monthly & Quarterly Sales Goals
Sponsorship Sales Outreach and Lead Generation
Attend regular sales networking meetings for BNI Chapter and other applicable networking organizations (remotely)

Experience:

B2B Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Required)
